Meet Judge JP Boulee

Judge Boulee was raised right here in DeKalb County. It is here that he learned his values of honesty and hard work.

Judge Boulee graduated magna cum laude from Washington and Lee, which he attended on an Army ROTC scholarship. He then went on to graduate cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law. After law school, he volunteered for the U.S. Army and served in the JAG Corps of the 101st Airborne Division.

Upon leaving the Army, Judge Boulee came home to Georgia and went to work for the well respected Jones Day law firm, where he worked his way up to become a partner. He has been active in our community as a member of the American Legion, the DeKalb Chamber of Commerce, Leadership DeKalb, Rotary Club and on a board at the Fernbank Museum of Natural History. He and his wife Julie have two children and live in Decatur. The family attends Epiphany Church on Ponce de Leon.
